Stopped working after 6 months. I am not sure if this can be returned or not.

Steering wheel controls don’t work. No volume or menue available.

It worked out well for what i needed on my new stereo install.

I had a head unit and backup camera installed. I made the appointment in person. I purchased a new amp interface from the installer, and I explained the interface that I had was not working properly and was causing loud static and loss of sound. When I arrived, the installer was surprised that I already had an aftermarket stereo and asked for $25.00 cash for an OEM bracket. My car was there from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. When I picked it up, I was told they had to use the old amp interface (which he knew was defective) because he could not get sound from the new one. A store manager agreed not to charge me for the installation at that time and ordered a new interface and was going to have it installed asap. On my way home I noticed that my air conditioning was not working. The controls had been reinstalled in the wrong position and the retaining clips for the knobs were missing so the knobs would not stay on. The Driver side grab bar fell off when I hit a bump, and I was unable to find the bolts. I had to take the dash apart to set the controls in the proper position and purchase new knobs and bolts. Then the backup camera went dead because the wire was not properly attached and had become disconnected and was dragging on the ground. I have tried multiple times to contact someone other than the worthless store manager, but their customer service is offshored and exists only to exhaust you into giving up.

Had this installed 3 weeks ago and nothing works. Have called the store several times and left messages. NOTHING! Sure wish I had done this differently. Hopefully someone will answer the phone someday
