It sounds like the device is not operating as expected. The Ring Pan-Tilt Mount is an easy-to-install mount that lets your Stick Up Cam Plug-In pan and tilt. Now you can see exactly what is happening inside or around your home. The Ring Pan-Tilt Mount requires the Ring Power Adapter Barrel Plug (sold separately or included with Stick Up Cam Plug-In). The box includes the pan-tilt stand, wall mount, and installation tools.

Hi Maria, I definitely understand wanting to ensure your devices are adequately powered. The Pan-Tilt Mount doesn't need to be charged. To power your Stick Up Cam while installed in the Pan-Tilt Mount, you'll need to use the power adapter included with the Camera. You can find the barrel plug power adapter for the Stick Up Cam Plug-In here https://ring.com/products/indoor-outdoor-power-adapter-barrel-plug.
