So far it is doing all of that. Only downside is the high cost.

At first I got a 7 outlet one but when building a theater go ahead and get the bigger 11 outlet or more to begin with . You will need a lot of plugs

The only thing I don't like is the numerical display is kind of bright which can be adjusted down, but seems to revert back to brightest setting after awhile
