Not effective at cleaning power
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure the surge protector part of this product works fine but the power filtration is not effective. I am using this item with my rear speaker wireless system. I regularly hear "pops" through the speaker which this was supposed to filter out. I would not recommend this item if you are looking for something with clean power filtration.

Works but looks cheap

Everyone I come in contact with at Best Buy says it's a really good brand though, so I'm overlooking the "cheapness". If you need something small, this is perfect.

Several Missing Parts

But in this case, I suspect I received a customer return. The surge protector itself had no plastic wrap, padding, or other packing material, so it was just flopping around inside the box. The following parts were missing: installation instructions, 4-foot coaxial cable, and machine screw. I will return the item to my local store and I have ordered a replacement from another retailer. This was a bad experience, so I'm not sure if I will place any more orders in the future.
