I purchased this device when I purchased my television. It works great this far.

I purchased this surge protector to replace a similar one (same brand) which was damaged after a power surge. It had to be installed behind a large flat screen television. It was the only one I could find which would fit on the wall, behind the unit, withot being visible.

Very happy with this surge/power conditioner. We had a lightning strike recently and it toasted the protector but all my equipment was just fine. Highly recommend.

I purchased this power outlet as recommended by my Best Buy In-Home Consultation rep. It's functional and I trust it will protect my devices in the event of a power surge.

Initially I thought this item was pricey but compared to the security it provides to us it was money well spent. Living where there are constant power surges was scarey when we decided to purchase our new equipment. Now we don't worry for a second because of this item.

It has 8 outlets which is more than I needed for to run the satellite, DVD, 2 sound amps, the speaker distribution module and the infrared remotes. The indicator lights are an 'extra' that I did not expect.

Panamax has the best protectors and conditioners. They can be hung for flexibility on where to put it and offers great protection from my products. I have two of these on my home

I use this 8-outlet surge protector to protect 3 computer systems- laptop, repair station, and writing station. For $67 I am protecting about $1200 in equipment, and It is worth a little extra to have 1650 joule protection vs lower rated cheap units. The outlet positions are excellent for hooking up multiple systems. I haven't used the cable, RJ-45 or phone jack protection ports, but this product has what you need for any general surge protection. I looked at probably 50 different products before selecting this one and am certain I made the right choice. However, for protection of more critical workstations (video, storage, 3D animation in my case), you will need a power conditioner/UPS with wattage sufficient for the system(s) and that will be more expensive.
