A: I went to the website cited. What I called ethernet ports are actually phone jacks--1 in 1 out. The four coaxial connectors are 2 in, 2 out. Had to look at the Manual. Thanks.
A: It should work but the black one offers a higher level to prevent power surges as well as protection.
A: I’m not an engineer, so I’m not qualified to discuss the science. But I studied quite a bit about these after a lightning strike took out 3 TVs, a computer, a router, and a modem. There is a big difference in performance between cheap surge protectors and this product. You can spend a lot more as well, but this seemed to have solid specs in a reasonable price range. Of course, the only proof of performance would be a failure, so it’s finally an act of faith. I bought three of them.

A: Thanks but it still shows "no" to auto disconnect in the specs was hoping someone from one of the 2 actual companies would chime in. Glad your stuff is working.
