I ordered this TV to replace my old 4 year Samsung TV. It was easy to set up and the video quality is amazing. The most important thing is the picture is top notch. I have always had good luck with Panasonic flat screens.

For a 32 inch tv under 300 it doesn't get better than this. I was fortunate enough to get it on sale for under 200. This tv has reach my expectations. I have tested the picture quality off my cable box (movies and sports for high resolution and fast motion), Roku box and blu ray player. It meet all my expectations on all of the tests I conducted.

I bought mine so I could watch tv in the bedroom. It does well for what I wanted it for. I didn't want a tv with any extra smart technology in it. I have it hooked up via HDMI and it looks great. Panasonic has good tvs, glad I selected this model.

Great top brand TV for the low price

This is a great top brand tv I purchased over the weekend for (2 days back) $199.99. We have purchased many Panasonic items in the past and they have all worked well. This TV does not have a PC port. The salesman at Bestbuy said that the HDMI port on my computer could be connected with the hdmi port on TV and thus can be used as a PC monitor too. Well, it does work as a pc monitor too but the sides get cut off, and therefore no access to the scroll bar. But this can be overcome by using the keyboard arrow keys or the scroll bar on the mouse, to get the page up or down.

I've always loved Panasonic and will always buy their product. I bought this tv because the price was in my budget...I am very happy with it...My only complaint is that it doesn't have a regular "AUDIO OUT" on it..it only has a digital optical out..Your amp or receive must have a optical in if you would like to hear the tv sound over your speakers..If you have already purchase this tv and are having the same problem, i recommend for about 13.00, you purchase on e-bay the "Digital Optical Coaxial Toslink Signal to Analog Audio Converter Adapter RCA"...This will convert your optical out from your tv to RCA jacks to your amp.

Ok for kids room, but not blown away

The picture quality is only "Fair". Not even close to the quality of my 10 year old 42" Panasonic Plasma. Don't try to use a "Low-Profile" wall mount with this TV; the power cord sticks out too far from the back. Not a great design. Also, there is no Clock, therefore the program information is incorrect on all OTA stations. Again, bad design. Overall, the TV is OK for my daughter's room, and the price was good, but I won't buy another one. I still might return it.

    Poor sound quality

Am I doing something wrong? Other reviewers admired the sound, but this one is tinny and fuzzy. Purchased it on the 4/26/15 sale price. I have been through the setup routine for both the TV and my Direct TV, twice, with no improvement, using HDMI-1. Considering return.

    Not what I expected

Ended up returning this TV. The colors , flesh tones all took on a neon bright texture like everyone was under a spot light. The blacks were actually too dark, too black despite turning up the brightness and playing with other settings. Nothing helped it. Details on dark clothes, dark hair, dark backgrounds were crushed, hard to make out or see. On a few channels, the picture was good, but on most, the colors were outlandishly vivid no matter what setting I chose and no matter what adjustments I made. Just didn't look natural to me. Panasonic is a good name, but I would pass on this TV. Look at it in the store before buying. I thought it was just the store settings that were way off and once I adjusted it at home, it would be great, but not so. There are better options out there in this price range. I have a 29 inch 720p LED in another brand that looks a lot better so like I said, shop around.. Kudos to Best Buy though. I saved all the packaging, neatly repacked it and it was an easy return. I will buy a TV from them again.

Issues as soon as I unpacked it.

The TV would cut off for no apparent reason. After 3 weeks it would not turn on at all. Best Buy refused any help. Stating I did not purchese Geek Squad services. I spent over 2 weeks dealing with Panasonic customer service. The first repair company they referred me to apparently does not exist. Yet after telling them this they still kept referring back to them. Finally they referred me to another authorized repair center 2.5 hours away. Stating this was the only resolution they offered. I will never buy Panasonic ever again. Nor will I deal with Best Buy again. I should not have to pay extra for the company I purchase a product from. To assist me 3 weeks later.

No repair shop located in Miami-Dade County

I bought the 32 inch panasonic at Best Buy on 03AUG 2014. Today 29OCT 2014 - without warning - it stopped working. Power switch blinks on and off. no picture., no sound. I called Panasonic and they routed me to the nearest repair shop which is located in Pompano Beach. open 9-6 mon-fri. I asked if they had another shop since there was no way that I was going to go to Pompano and pay whatever it costs to get this thing fixed. They told me about one in West Palm Beach. IF you buy a Panasonic buy the longest insurance plan that you can afford. WHEN the unit breaks, you can bring the tv to the place in Miami-Dade where you bought it - and not to Broward County - and most important, you can get another TV set. Personally I will never ever ever buy another Panasonic TV.
