Ordered the TV at BestBuy.com and had it shipped directly to my house. When it arrived by UPS, the box looked like somebody had dropped it out of a helicopter! The TV was packed with plenty of Styrofoam, but I didn't trust that something hadn't gotten damaged internally in the TV.....at the very least, NO TV should ever be handled like that! I brought the TV to my closest Best Buy to return it. When I told the kid why I was returning it, he told me, "If the TV is damaged, you can't return it." I said, "How is that my fault if it was damaged during the shipping process". He told me, "In that case, you would have to file a claim with UPS. You can't return it to us like that." WOW! What a nightmare that would be! So he took the TV completely out of the packaging and hooked it up to make sure it was working, and thankfully it was! He then asked me if I still wanted to keep it. I said, "No, thanks!" I can only imagine something loose inside from the poor handling of the package....get it home, and a few weeks later something goes wrong with it, and I'd have zero recourse. MORAL OF THE STORY: When ordering online, have the product shipped to Best Buy and then pick it up (if it isn't already in stock at the store). That way, if it''s damaged in the shipping process, it's their problem, not yours!

Love the way the Slim bezel and stand look, HD picture is excellent, but there are not enough ports- Only one combined composite/component, and 2 hdmi. There is only one optical audio out and no analog audio out.

I was lucky enough to get in on this tv deal for Black Friday and it is great, especially for its price! No problems or complaints with this tv. Giving it as a present to my parents for Christmas.

I bought this tv based on prior tv s we owned in this brand. It has a good picture and good sound. Just what we wanted. My husband had no trouble hooking it up. This going to be a spare TV for our vacation home.

Good TV still pixelates . but good TV for the price

The sound could be better. A sound bar or surround sound system is definitely needed. Picture is really clear but leaves an after print almost like plasma.

i had to order this TV on line because there was none in store. The first 2 were broken. After having to return them to the store and reorder we finally recevied the 3rd one in working condition. Other than that we happy with the TV and price.

For $200 I couldn't ask for a better tv! Wanted 55 in but the difference was $200 more dollars for a 55. The 50 in was to good to pass up. Made a great addition to the family room for gaming

We went from a 37' to this new Panasonic 50' and I love it! The clarity and color are great! It was easy to set up and get started! I would recommend this tv to anyone!
