We needed a tv for the spot over the fireplace. Our contractor told me not to buy less than 50". I wasn't convinced we needed one that large but thankfully this Panasonic is perfect. The picture is great. Controls easy to manipulate. Great tv.

Purchased for the living room, because of the pric, I wasn't looking for a mind blowing picture, but I have to say I'm very impressed. I also have a 2014/2015 Samsung 60" in my room. Spent quite a bit more for a near perfect picture, and they really aren't much different! Either way, for the price, it's much bang for the buck.

I caught this lovely TV on sale for 399.99, so how could I resist?! It's incredibly clear, easy to setup, and not to heavy. If it isn't clear for you dont blame the TV, it's the cable. I tried it on my digital hd antenna before my comcast was set up and it was CRYSTAL clear. Once my cable was set up, it was not as clear (cables fault), but having the size is great! Whenever there's a big game or something that I want to watch in better definition, i swith from my cable to my antenna oddly enough! Great buy, and good brand!

Let me start by stating this was a purchase for my daughter as she moved out of the house and into her first apartment. I have been tracking this particular model line from Panasonic for a while and often thought it would be the right one for myself when it comes time to replace my existing television. I've seen the television in action myself at her apartment and I was very, very pleased with the purchase. The picture quality was, to my eyes, incredible. Much better than I believed possible at a $399 price point (was on sale). And unlike my parents older Panasonic plasma television the speakers didn't totally suck. My daughter has done nothing but rave about the television. According to her it was a breeze to set up (out of the box, put together, and up and running in 15 minutes). The remote is good. I quote, "I am more than happy with it! With the quality and price, I feel like we stole it." She may not be a tech/gear head like me, but she knows what she likes and apparently this purchase, guided by dad, was spot-on.
