I'm very happy with this tv. It has strong enough speakers and the quality is great for the price.

Great 50 inch TV for the money, picked it up black friday and no issues so far.

I purchased the Panasonic TC-50A400U on black friday as a gift. For the price it is an excellent tv. Not like the other "off brands" offered by other retailers. This really is a good basic tv, and even for twice what I paid, I think it is a quality tv. Not many inputs and no smart options, but adding a smart device will take care of that issue. Another great buy from Best Buy!

I am glad I bought the TV. I had an Emerson TV that I had bought at Walmart on Black Friday in 2013 and I just hated the picture quality. The Panasonic TV I bought this Black Friday is 10 times better.I love the picture quality it's more colorful than the Emerson. I do recommend to buy it. I love my Panasonic.

Getting it for the Black Friday price of $200 means the TV is acceptable, but otherwise, I think there are other low end sets by Samsung or LG that provide better picture quality for what this TV sells at regular price. This TV seems to be very responsive without input lag though, so it may be good for gaming.

I bought this 500.00 tv with a 69.99 2 years warranty. Tv is just ok. It is my biggest tv I haver had. Sound is poor. My dad says is ok for the daily watching tv but I think the sound is not good enough for a 500 dollars tv. My home theater is not working so I guess it would be better sound with a home theater system. It looks like not so good quality on the back cover of the tv and buttons on the side are kind of cheap. Remote control is like 5 dollars value. Firdt day it's ok. I'll fix the home theater as soon as I find a technician and I'll see the difference. I'll keep updating. ..

The quality of this TV is good for the price. Easy to set up. Haven't had any problems so far.

It's just awesome. Of course you don't get everything a $$$$ TV would offer but for the price it is pretty awesome and slim. :)

Bought this on Black Friday, looks good after a month of use.

This TV has a great picture and sound quality and have been completely satisfied with it.

This TV is great for the price of $200! The video quality is good for its price, audio is a different case.. It definitely sounds good if its connected to a audio system! But if you were able to get it for 200 then power to you cause its a steal for the amount! Best advice to you/ anyone buy a 30 dollar chromecast and then you get Smart Tv capability for your new tv :)

This is another black friday doorbuster disappointment. I also got the best buy 2011 doorbuster which was sharp 42" lc42sv49u. The picture quality of that & this panasonic is the same. Just poor. This panasonic's picture color quality is just not right. Colors bleed & look pale, not sharp at all, no matter how much you adjust the settings. You really get what you pay for. For $200, i will keep it in the basement.

Great Tv, bought 8 years ago. She still turns on every night.

My 7 year old 720p Panasonic plasma produced a far superior picture. The colors are all blown out, it gets pixel-ey and blocky with action scenes. It's just a bad value. If you get it for $200 and use it as a beater for video games, great. Forget watching movies or sports. I chose to return it, even at $200 it wasn't worth it to me. It's a shame too, because Panasonic made fantastic televisions when they made plasma. This LCD version is pure junk.
