Terrible product. No point to use it

I had the original Arc 3 from 2010 that lasted 15 years and just broke. That thing was amazing and this is horrible. I wish I could return it. The old one shaved closer than a razor blade And this thing is like my hair is grown all day already and have a 5:00 shadow doesn't shave anything

Decent razor

Least effective

It does not have "floating" head and does not shave very close. Not a good fit for me.

This is the first Panasonic brand shaver I have used. I had previously wondered what these shavers were like and now that I have tried it, I like it a lot. I like the design. It is lightweight and has a good design for gripping it as you shave. The foils have a slight arch to them, which I have found makes it much easier to maintain contact and improve my ability to get a good shave in areas around my neck and chin, as it hugs the contours better in those areas than previous shavers I have used. They call the foils ultra thin. It is definitely giving me a very close shave. I have found my shaving time is reduced, as I used to have to go over my skin many more times with other shavers, to get as close of a shave as I am getting with fewer passes with this Panasonic. There is a pop up trimmer which I have used to straighten up my side burns and that works quite well. There are also two adjustable attachments you can use to trim a beard or stubble to any of 6 lengths that you select. This shaver can be used wet or dry, for those who prefer to shave in the shower. I prefer to use it in dry mode. The rechargeable battery gives you 50 minutes per charge. I like the fact it is a lithium ion battery, so you can plug it in as much as you want without getting a memory on the battery or worrying about over charging it. The battery fully charges in about an hour, but also lets you do a quick 3 minute charge for a single shave if you forgot to charge it. The shaver also has a travel lock. This will be nice, as I have had previous shavers turn on in my luggage and be drained by the time I unpack. With the travel lock, I can charge it before I leave town for a few days and not have to bring the charge cord along. It also has an LED display that shows you the battery life, a charge indicator, a shaving sensor and the travel lock. Finally, it is easy to clean, as you just use a little hand soap and turn on what is called the sonic vibration cleaning mode and then rinse with water. Overall, I am very happy with this new Panasonic shaver and I am happy I switched!
