Deciding to treat myself, I decided to try the Braun shaver. I gave it 2 weeks or more, and it was no better. Everyone seems to hype the flexibility of the shaver heads, but to be honest, it makes it really difficult to shave!! Out of luck, I figured I had nothing to lose trying the Panasonic. Dang!! What a world of difference!!! Yes, the head has flexibility but is stable enough to stretch the skin enough to get a close shave! Additionally, and possibly because of this, it actually takes me less time to shave! I used to average 3-4 minutes to get a decent shave with the Norelco or even the Braun. I can get a better shave in 2 minutes with the Panasonic. And the charge lasts a very long time. I'm impressed and fully recommend you at least give it a try!

So when my last one died I decided to try something different. Wow... so much closer and so much faster. Clean up is a easy too! I’ve used it everyday and have gone with out shave for a week... worked the same.

Posted .Thank you for the feedback! When you switch from a manual razor to an electric shaver for the first time, it may take several uses for your skin and hair to adjust. Electric shavers also work best at a slightly different angle than a traditional razor. We’d recommend trying to shave both wet and dry, and at different angles, for the first few uses to find what works best for you as your skin adapts. -C
