Bought a while ago... a few weeks. Smoothest shave I've ever had. Of course its the most expensive shaver I've ever had so I guess you do get what you pay for. The rotating head seems to work very well. It hugs your face in a way that my Braun does not. Very happy with the purchase. Ordered online. picked it up an hour later and it was ready when i got there with curbside service. I do miss browsing in the store though, but picking up from the car with minimal contact is a good idea on Best Buy's part. Safety first till the covid 19 is a thing of the past.

Pretty good shaver. It does what it's supposed to do, but after a while the blade will get dull and pull on your whiskers. It charges relatively fast and the lcd screen on the front really helps to see the amount of battery left.

This razor shaves extremely close with no irritation. Highly recommended.

The way this shaver feels and shaves even on my neck is very impressive.

It works good on wet or dry skin. Wish it showed closer to the skin though.

I have had this razor for over a year. Nice close shave. Holds the charge for days. I have had this charger for over a year and it works as well as it did on 1st day.

I like this. I do not recommend paying extra for the cleaning stand. You can accomplish the same thing by soaking your head in an enzymatic cleaner in a cup. This is my third Panasonic shaver. It has provided the ease of cleaning and handling as my others. It is compatible with the old charger. The foils feel heavier, and that is a good thing. Good balance of quality compared to other brands. I have a large face and long neck and I think the horizontal foils are the best suited for gentle and consistent grooming. This is consistent with the other Panasonic shavers I have owned.

I bought this product because the reviews highly rated it for a close shave and Best Buy offered it at a discount. It performs exactly as advertised and is easy to clean without buying expensive cleaning stations.

Great item. My husband loves the self cleaning system and also the option of adding hand soap on the outer foil with a little water and then turning on the shaver for a few seconds to create a lather.

Smooth cutting and quiet operation - it does take a bit of time to keep it cleaned but it does a great job. The trimmer was a definite must-have for me.
