Unfortunate

Alas, this simply would not shave my neck. I tried many different angles, with the head locked and unlocked and it simply wouldn’t cut it, pun very much intended. I do have a fairly contoured neck, but my 10 year old Phillips electric razor I was hoping to replace with this works and the Arc doesn’t. I returned this for a newer Phillips model, which works. Maybe the Arc works for some people, but I felt it worth stating that this didn’t work on my neck at all.

Not for thick hair.

Husband stated that for his thick stubble it does not do the job. He stated that he needs to use a razor after using as he ends up with a skin burn if he attempts to use to remove all stubble.
