Okay, so my husband has a thick beard, we have bought a lot of these over 20+ years, never worked, this one my friend, he is in love!

This shaver is the hands down, best shaver I have ever purchased. It shaves as close as a razor, has sleek styling, and stays charged for weeks. It's worth every penny!

Works great as a head shaver. I would give it 5 stars, but you do have to keep your hair fairly short for it to work well and not take too long. I recommend every 2-3 days max.

I have been using Panasonic shaver for over 35 years, they never make me disappointed with their products.

So far works great. As close as a razor. I shave about every 3 days and it handles a 3 day beard pretty well. Side trimmer works really well. My previous razors were norelcos, and this one is way better than both of them.

Shaver looks great. Performance is better when shaving wet. Trimmer works well. Charge rate is average. For quick shaves it does the job

Bought this as a replacement for an older Panasonic razor. Works great very much quite than my older one. Gives a great shave, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I've had numerous electric razors. I have to admit, this razor is the best by far!

Love the close shave it gives, but the width of the blades is overall too wide for my face. However, it cleans easily and charges quickly.

From the very first shave, this shaver gave me a great shave. Every shave since has gotten better too. It is also very easy to clean.

I have this for over one year and I loved it. Specially when I have to shave often this is the way to go.

I bought this on Black Friday because it was 50% off and hoping it would give a better shave than my other razors. I've bought other expensive razors but usually the only difference is the expensive razors are harder to clean than the cheaper ones. Others claim that their head moves around to give a close shave but I've never seen one that moves like this one. It says it adjusts speed and has sharper blades. I'm not sure which of those features makes the most important difference but this gives a far superior shave to any other razor I've used before.

Sometimes it requires several passes to get close. Also, due to the larger head of shaver size, it can be harder to get lone whiskers under the nose.

I am using electric shavers from almost 8 years now. I have tried almost every brand. Panasonic Arc5 is excellent among all. Grip, blades, and charging time is really good. I am really satisfied with my purchase.

Should have got one sooner. This thing trims close and is super easy to use.

Purchased brain series 8 and arc 5. Arc 5 was faster and closer with smooth shave. Returned series 8 and purchased Braun series 9 few weeks later to compare. Arc 5 still shaved closer then 9 but I’m going to return the Arc 5 because of my sensitive skin that is prone to ingrown hairs. I wishes Panasonic sold the newer model in the USA because from the reviews they are easier on sensitive skin due to added gold shave guards. If you don’t have sensitive skin and want best electric shaver, the arc 5 is a no brainer.
