I am torn or whether to give this a 4 or a 5 star. When in doubt I go low with the rating. The only real drawback is the trimmer, it seems undersized for a razor as large as this one is. It is at a angle that makes it hard to use and see when using it. I use a dedicated trimmer to work around the facial hair I keep. This is a five blade/strip system that does a really nice job. When used wet you get a very close shave, not sure it is the closest I have ever had but I have only used in for less than a week and still adjusting to it. The head is on a pivot that can be locked in place by sliding the thumb/locking control half way to enabling the trimmer. Battery life will easily get you weeks of shaving, and it only takes about an hour to recharge. You can not use the razor while charging. Cleanup is pretty easy. For a dry cleaning use the brush to brush it out. A wet clean can be done by adding a little wet/hand soap to a wet razor and turning it on. Wait a few seconds for the blades to create a nice foam, run under water to rinse, remove foil and rinse inside and out. The only bad thing I had to say is the trimmer. It is small and in a hard to use location. With some trial and error I can probably get use to it. I got this to shave, not trim. I will say the motor is powerful enough to go thru the thickest of hair, getting the hair to clear the foil is the true problem just like any foil razor. I would recommend to anyone looking for a shaver. Just don't rely on the trimmer.

For the price of this Razor, I was expecting something amazing. It left me very disappointed. It didn't seem to cut very well on my face, and left a lot of hair. I also really liked the idea of having a razor that would clean itself and have a charging base. This didn't have either of those options. I returned this item and will be looking for another razor soon. Thanks!

Used this razor about five times and the blades went dull. If you try and replace them, you must buy both razors and it’s about $75

These trimmers are good. Nothing to brag about but it is worth the money.

I recommend this for anyone who suffers after shaving totally a refreshing experience.

My boyfriend likes it so much! It is efficient and comfortable to use!

Unfortunately was going to return but missed the return deadline. My hubby did not like it. He said it isn't good for people with goatees or mustache. He rather stick to razor after trying this. It may not be the product it could just be his preference that it didn't work out for him.
