I’m upgrading from a really old Panasonic shaver and it was night and day. I love how intuitive it is and the auto cleaning it comes with. Downside is you will need to keep buying cleaning solution to refill, but still 10/10

Had a earlier model Panasonic shaver that I wanted to replace because I could. This 5 blade model provides a closer shave than my previous 2 shavers. No issues with my sensitive skin. I like the newer cleaning station and the cleaning solution packets are a nice upgrade. I did upgrade the foil to the Japanese foil that has the 2 gold guides based on an article I read.

With the floating head and lots of blades this razor gives me a real close smooth shave with one pass. No more having to go over the same area multiple times. The head locks if you prefer that and the pop-up trimmer works great to square off sideburns and trim close areas. It works wet or dry to give you the shave that you best prefer. It cleans easy and the display will show the charge level remaining so there are no surprises. You can even lock the switch so it won't inadvertently turn it off while shaving. Nice travel case too. All in all I really like this and would recommend it.

Top quality-MIJ/ made in Japan Very close and smooth quick shaver. Also extremely quiet and fast Easy use as rotation of the head is complete.

I really like the product because of how good the shave is and the battery life of the shaver. The only downside to it is since it's such a close shave it irritates the skin a little more than i'd like. Worth it, but worth noting if you have really sensitive skin.

I never felt the need to use an Electric shaver as I have never gotten razor bumps or skin irritations ever while shaving my head bald or my face and neck. I decided on buying one of these after reading reviews and just wanting to switch things up after 2 decades of shaving my head in the shower. I do not regret it for one moment. I got it on sale for $130.00 and at that price point I can justify purchasing this machine. Works great in getting to hard reach creases on the back of my head that are hard to shave with a razor. After a few uses your skin gets use to the shave and becomes easier after 3-4 uses. Machine made in Japan which for me is a plus to see. Japanese are perfectionist. Love this product and would recommend to anyone looking for a electric wet dry shaver.

It takes a while to adjust from a rotary shaver, but I wanted to try something different. The large head takes some getting used to and extra effort to shave under the jaw line. Pulling the skin to expose the whiskers is required. Battery life and quick recharging are a plus. It's a very good shaver and may be great with practice.

The instructions say to give my face 30 days to adjust. To my surprise, I got a close shave immediatley with no irritation. My shave is closer than using a blade. The cleaning system is easy to use. A surprisingly good purchase.

This shaver gives a smooth shave. I like the case that comes with it to protect it when traveling. It recharges quickly.

This is a fantastic razor that is well worth the money. I had a razor that was less expensive, but quickly learned that paying a little more is important. It cuts well with no irritation. Don’t be tempted to buy a cheaper one.

Panasonic - Arc5 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver- I have used this Panasonic Arc5 for the past 6 weeks in order to leave a useful review. "Phenomenal" if I had to sum it up in one word. I would not change anything about this shaver. I have a light to medium beard, and I can actually obtain a razor close shave within 3 minutes. If I'm in a hurry, 90 seconds gives a terrific shave, however, I really enjoy utilizing the Shaver for the full 3 minutes. I have shaved with a (upper-end) Braun previously, a Norelco rotary for several years and for the past two years, I've used a disposable razor. The Arc5 is such an enjoyable product to use! Glad that I made this purchase, and I highly recommend the Panasonic Arc 5.

It's been years since I've had a panasonic shaver. The last one I had was not very impressive. It didn't shave very close and was not very powerful. I've been buying Braun shavers since. There quality has gone way down. So back to panasonic. It was well worth it. Very close shave and a powerful motor. Easy too clean. The only negative so far is it's a little loud.

I have used the previously model Panasonic razor with 2 blades for several years which I must say has always done a good job, This Arc5 with 5 blades is unbelievable, I get a shave that is 100 % equal to a blade. There are many features about this wet dry razor to much to list. The razor holds a excellent charge and the re-charge is fast. The best $149.99 electric razor one can buy, to anyone on the fence I would highly recommend this razor. PS catch it on sale for $99.00

Over the years, after doing research, I have always ended up with the Panasonic linear Shavers. Initially, I chose them for their features. And I have found that they have consistently turned out to be high quality, as is this shaver. This time, after researching shavers, including the comparable Braun models, I again chose the Panasonic shaver. For me I know what I am getting and will be satisfied. I know it has the features that i want, I know Panasonic's quality is not an issue, and I can usually find it at a good (reduced) price, such as this purchase, during the Christmas Holiday. In fact, it was such a great buy, I felt obliged to provide a positive review of this shaver and for Best Buy. I received this shaver at a greatly reduced price on Best Buy with free two day shipping during Christmas 2017. You can't get much better than that. Highly recommended.

The Panasonic Arc 5 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver with Self-cleaning recharger is outstanding. I've used safety razors for years and decided to try and electric. The Panasonic was the best choice!! If you've been using blades it takes around a month for your face to adapt to an electric but after that time using the electric is great!! Especially with the Self-cleaning recharger. It keeps your razor clean and charged so you always get a great shave. Be sure you read all the instructions so you can get the most from your razor.

I have used a few different shavers in my life and the Panasonic Arc5 is by far the best one yet. I really like the way it shaves closely and without much effort. It also holds a charge for a very long time. The more I use it, the more I like it.

I have used an electric foil shaver for 40 years. My favorite ones were the Remington MS2 and MS3 series shavers. If you can find them new they cost $200-$300 dollars which is insane. So for a fraction of that cost, I tried this shaver. I considered the more expensive model with the cleaning and charging stand but opted for this one. I did not want to take up space on the counter with the charging/cleaning stand and I did not want to have to clean out the cleaner either. This one is easy to clean. One note is it did not come with a cleaning brush but I already have those. It does come with a travel case which is nice. The on/off/mode switch can be locked in the off position so this won't get turned on when packed in a suitcase. The feel of this razor is solid and smooth. The motor hums along not noisy and it does not vibrate my hand. I like the display which indicates several things, the mode, the running time, the charging status, and when it is time to clean it, The head can either be locked in place or left to flex, I tried both and they work equally well with the flex mode being a lot smoother. I tried both the hair length sensing mode and normal mode and both gave me a very close shave. No pinching and pulling on a 2-day old beard, just a smooth close shave. This shaver is a winner in all categories, performance, style and operation.

I didn't expect such a smooth shaving! It's absolutely what I needed. Sometimes I don't have enough time for wet shaving even though I like it. I use it every 2-3 days in the morning, and it works perfectly. I didn't try it with long stubble, I doubt it can handle long facial hair. I recommend this shaver if you shave often, and expect smooth result in 10 minutes.

I have had a lot of electric shavers over the years and this has been by far the best one. My skin doesn't get irritated with a dry shave as with other brands and the shave it self is pretty close. Battery live has been very good and I go long periods without having to charge it. Cleaning is easy and all that needs to be done is to run it under some water with a drop of liquid soap. Also quite a bit cheaper compared to other shavers and great value for the money.

I was reluctant to purchase an electric razor because I haven't had much luck with them in the past. I saw this one on sale and decided to take a chance. I have to say, I am very happy with it's performance. It shaves just as close as a blade. I'm a bald guy and use it on my head too, and it works great. It is easy to clean with a little soapy water, and it charges quickly. I use it every day and have not have any issues.
