Slightly irritating on areas on neck and under the jaw line, but will vary from user to user. Cleans and charges well. I recommend for keeping a clean shave on your face!

This is the first Panasonic however. It's fairly quiet and shaves great, especially after a week or so and your face gets used to it. Charging is fast; about 30 minutes to fully charge. Cleaning is very easy, but takes awhile for the razor to dry after the cleaning. I now let it sit on a paper towel for awhile, then use a hair dryer to finish the process.

Good wet shaver

I am using it under the shower in the morning and it gives ne a fresh feeling to start the day. The only feature I am missing is a load station rather than just to use a cable.

The electric shaver delivers a close and comfortable shave. It is easy to clean and charge. Using this shaver saves so much money in the long run because of never having to buy disposable blades. Best Buy had the best price. Delivery was reasonably fast and free.
