So far I haven't used all the features on the phone but what I have used worked great. Like the intercom between the phones. I did have some trouble figuring out how to set up the back bracket so that I can hang the phone up on the wall, otherwise it's been a good product.

I like the phone system but I wish the base phone was portable or at least had a longer extension, and I wish there was one more portable phone. It was easy to set up (point and click is my requirement) and the sound quality is very good.

Works well, but takes a little time to initially figure out setting it up. The important thing to me is voice clarity and it seems to have that. I have not tried it a long distance from the base station but should be fine in an office.

Quick and easy set up, began working perfectly as soon as it was connected. Large buttons are easy to use. I wasn't sure I wanted two remotes but having a phone at my second work station is very convenient. Competitively priced.

I had to get a new phone system, my old one quit! I LOVE my new Panasonic phone. You only need one line for it, and there are two other phones you activate just by plugging in! The ease of use for the system is great! My technically uninclined mother likes it too!

I did not need a 2 line or very elaborate phone system, just the 2 remotes and wanted a handset for the base station. That way at least one is always there. Still have more to explore of the functions but voices are clear and handsets work fine.

Chose this phone because of large display on base. Works well with call screening, you can see who is calling. This vs. small screens on handsets. Also, with less handsets in package, and if you do not need additional sets, you get a package at a reduced price.

I like this phone and would have given it a five star rating but for one thing.The plug in satellite wireless phones have no alert light to let you know you have a call voice message.On the other hand you can hear the caller leaving a message on the remote.Overall it's a good phone system.

I am a remote employee and I bought this to use for my many conference calls. It has worked great. I like being able to use the speaker phone on the base (without worrying about batteries being drained) and still having cordless handsets. Calls sound great.

So far so good, it took a couple days to have fully functional because we had to charge the batteries. I was disappointed that we could not connect the main doorbell to the existing doorbell wires so it has to be battery operated.

Nice phone, works well. Using number codes in menu for tasks little difficult and seems out of place. An erase button on hand units for messages would be beneficial.

It's been a very durable product. The look and features of this phone are adequate for my purposes. The only drawback is that the menus are not easy to use without the product manual.

Phone works well so far. Not trying to use all of the features just needed a replacement phone so not trying to connect cell phones to it. Using the blocked call feature and hopefully that feature actually works but no real way to determine if it does.

We need an office phone that was expandable with cordless handsets. This was affordable and works well. Sound quality is good. We especially like the Bluetooth option for our cell phones.

the difficult area with the unit is trying to set up distinct ring with wanted phone numbers. the steps need to be more simplified. i believe that it should be categorized in one area for numbers you want saved and numbers blocked there should be no issue.

Reasonable price, nothing special, it does work Ok as of today. Was shipped on time, no technical problems, works fine. Would buy again.

The online plus box plus instructions were all truthful, honest, easy to follow and if need be either Best Buy or Panasonic customer service would have been able to assist with anything I needed. Luckily I did not need them.

We picked this version to allow our cell phones to get texts when we were called. I cannot verify that feature because I do not want to read a manual to do that. However, all the handsets work well.

Our last home phone system was this same manufacturer, so when we needed to replace it we went for Panasonic again. We are happy with our new system and appreciated the improvements they implemented since our last phone.

This phone system is great. The answering system tells me who has called, the time that they called, and the number they called from, making it easy to call them back.
