Terrible Customer Service

But I immediately began having problems with the handset on the base unit. The only way to contact customer service was via their website (no phone) and it takes over a week for each round of communication. Moreover, although I clearly explain that the problem is with the old-school phone handset (not a cordless handset) they persist on sending me instructions to replace the battery and reset the wireless handset. I have repeated time and again that the problem is a faulty cord/connection for the WIRED handset and they cannot figure this out and send me a replacement. DO NOT BUY PANASONIC! If you have any problems you will NEVER be able to get them resolved.
