This is the updated version of the 8103 that I have had for years. Great replacement

This had the best over all review and price range for a new shaver and it can be used on your head as well as your face It runs smooth and quiet and cleans up easy

I bought this shaver on sale at Best Buy and am delighted with it. It shaves flawlessly with little effort and minimum hassle. It does not pull or miss beard or mustache hair as some others I have owned do. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

I have tried a few different higher end Razors and this one works for me!

Great shave. I've always used an electric razor, a Braun fan for many years, Decided I would try a different brand and am very pleased w/the shaves, so far.

I didn't realize how poorly my previous, inexpensive shaver was performing till I used this. It's much more than I've paid in the past, but not a lot compared with what some shavers cost, and it does a great job. Wish I had upgraded much sooner.

Loved this shaver! I've always used an electric shaver, but this is by far my favorite. I was amazed by how close of a shave it gives with no razor burn. I would definitely recomment to a friend!

This shaver is very nice for an electric, and even nicer in that it is a cordless wet/dry rechargeable. As with any electric shaver, it's hard to get as close as a blade, but this one does quite well, especially (for me) when used with a little gel or pre-shave. I have an ancient corded Norelco that I loved but it was getting tired, so I bought another 'triple header' - what a piece of.....you get the idea. Threw that one out and went for the 13000RPM linear motor Panasonic. Glad I did.

I had a floating head razor for 3 years. I bought the hope around it. It never gave me a shave has close as this one. And more than half the price!

This shaver is a good value. It gets the job done & got it at a good price.

I like the close shave but battery life is not so great. another great thing is you actually see the percentage left of battery life

I've owned several electric shavers and this is the best one I've used by far. It is nice looking and well built. The thing I like the most is that my skin does not get irritated and still get a nice close shave..

This shaver shaves closer then a regular razor very happy! Definitely worth the money!

After my Braun 7000 series shaver finally died, I purchased another brand. I used that brand for almost a year but could never achieve a close shave, and it would take several passes just to get close. I started researching affordable, highly rated shavers and found the Panasonic Arc-3. Right after the first shave, I knew I found the best foil shaver I have ever used. It's powerful, quiet, shaves close, and with no skin irritation. Highly recommended!

This is the best electric shaver I have ever used over 70 years. Good battery charge life, and we will see how it holds up after a year of use.

I have a tough beard and sensitive skin. And I am tired of paying a fortune for Gillette blades. This shaver fills the bill. As a wet/dry shaver it gives me a very smooth shave using lather.

Replaced my 5 year old shaver with this and I couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend for those who don't like using straight razors.
