The camera is easy to use, however, there are two main points that I found irritating. 1 - No mute function on the mic. I thought that this would be a no brainer that a mute function on the camera would be included, so I didn't research this specifically. 2 - Live Stream Function - Best Buy and/or Panasonic need to A) update their documentation (including Online) that Ustream is no longer available and has been bought by IBM who is charging $99/mo, even for a basic level user, and; B) find a new Live Stream Service to work with as Ustream is the only service the camera works with 3) Specify in their documentation that this camera CAN NOT be used as a webcam without obtaining extra software. I should be able to connect this camera to my computer and is should be able to be found as a camera.

I bought this camcoder to record my one year old's activity and it does its job perfectly.

My son enjoys it.His able to download what he records to the computer.Best decision for a gift.

I did a lot of research before purchasing. I also talked to friends that owned camcorders. This was one of the best options I found shy of spending more money and jumping up to a 4k cam.

Camera purchased to live stream our church services. It is able to zoom in perfectly.

This is a feature-laden camera with excellent resolution throughout its optical zoom range. It is being used to supply the video for a weekly Zoom church service; a second identical camera is planned to allow switching to different views during the service.

I ordered this camera brand new. When it arrived, it was not. It was an open box item. Now the camera was in good shape, no scratches. The camera powered on with what little battery power it had. At this point, I was ok with the open box as everything was good. EXCEPT, it was missing the proprietary charge cable. I looked online for a cable and just could not see spending any more money on this camera (since I paid full price and received an open box item and was not ok spending more money on this camera). I took the camera to my local BB and had to exchange the camera for another camera that has fewer of the features I wanted.

The audio recording is pretty decent, however the video recording is not great. I also expected better video in low light which was one of my main reasons I purchased this camcorder. Other reviews stated it was pretty decent.

The camera is not working. It's too late to return or exchange it
