My GoPro Hero 9 has better quality but is too unreliable - stops recording with no indication and also poor in low light.

Disappointed with return policy- I got a lemon

The recording stopped in the middle of a scene that I was shooting and freeze. I returned the camcorder to the mission Viejo location, and the employees tried to help me as much as the could [they were wonderful]. However, their company policy didn’t allow for an exchange or a return, and they had to send it to a third part location out of state. As of March 11, 2025, the camcorder status is “in transit.” To this day I haven’t heard anything and I cannot get an answer. I used this camera for work and essentially I have lost money due to this inconvenience. Next time, I will purchase from a company who will stand behind their products instead of being ignored and without the camcorder I purchased.

DO NOT BUY HC-V785K

It is 12/12/23 and it no longer works. I get why it was returned now. Of course the return period has ended. This camera is crap. DO NOT BUY!!!! What is wrong with it you ask? It will turn on but not record. The only way to turn it off is to remove the battery.

And to download the videos it’s a pain. You can connect to a phone, but it doesn’t allow you to download anything . What?? …Right !! I can go on and on about this Camera, to make short don’t buy it.
