Easy to use and set up phone

Not such a great purchase after all.

I have had this brand system for 5 years and never had an issue and thought it would be a great idea for my 96 y.o. mother for it's portability rather than fixed land line phones. It turns out not to be so great as calls are dropped and too many times you cannot hear the other party. They have to call back for a clear connection. No - it's the phone not the line!
