To change that and prevent the time from changing, please press MENU # 2 2 6 on one of the handsets > go to Manual > press SAVE. -M

We are trying to figure out how to get rid of the VOICE that announces who is calling. NO good. If we can't get it off, we will return to Best Buy.

Does not have a clip to carry it around

Disappointed phone

I can call the phone system with my cell phone, but if I call my cell phone from the land line it goes into my cell voice mail. Forget about help from Panasonic, their phone help line is always closed, and to text on line help they want to charge a fee. Think hard before you buy this system.

After only one week she went back to her old phones. They seemed like a great deal, with large buttons and just enough frills, we thought it would be a sound purchase. Her old phones are circa 2006 and tired, so while shopping at Best Buy (hang on to that DVD section, BB!!), we shopped for a new cordless setup. She said that the reception on this Panasonic model is not good, but there again that could be her phone server. However, when she returned to her old phones....everything was much clearer. One good thing about Best Buy, you can test drive and return if not satisfied. Now....help me out, BB, my mom's in North Las Vegas and I'm in SoCal.. so my 15 days has come and gone while they sit in the corner of her dining room in N. Las Vegas. Can anyone say donation?
