Phone not very good quality

Much too complicated to use

Huh?sometimes advises callers that voice mail is full.. again huh? There’s more..I tried to get help by phone or internet and couldn’t. The manufacturer tried to provide too many features, and many of them don’t work.

Each handset has an Flash/Call wait button located at the bottom right hand side for "call waiting". Voicemail is the service provided by your phone company, they would need to be contact to inform you how it works. The phone does not function properly

For example, setting rings to voicemail for 7 rings, Voicemail picks up on first ring, even when voicemail is turned off. I recorded a personal greeting, and yet the Voicemail reverts to the factory voice greeting. Quite disappointed as I purchased it for my 88 year old mother.

Reception is not loud enough

This set is very hard to hear. I do have a minor hearing problem but this is much worse than my husbands older Panasonic phone set.

Kindly be informed that the time changes by itself due to the fact that is following the preset time on your Caller ID service. This can be easily fixed from the phone's settings by pressing MENU # 2 2 6 on one of the handsets > go to MANUAL and press SAVE. Afterwards, the time should not revert.
