We bought this new phone because of the static on the line - turns out that we didn't need to because the static was caused by some external connection that was rerouted to a new junction box or some sort of thing. This phone sound fine.

I bought this to replace an aging system of the same brand - the batteries in the hand sets would wear out and I was looking to replace them for the second time, and this time around they were hard to find and expensive to replace. The old phone system ran on the 5 GHz band, this one runs on the DECT 6.0 (about 1.9 GHz). I've had no interference anywhere within my house - main base on main floor, one handset on 2nd floor, other in basement. I've not tried to see how far away from the house I can go without losing contact with the base station. The standby battery life when not on the charger base seems to be about 3 days before I need to charge it again. I do like that the batteries are rechargeable Ni-MH AAA batteries, so if the batteries should go bad, replacing them won't be as hard or expensive as the old phone system. Answering machine part works as expected, I do like the more memory it has over the old one so it can store more/longer messages. I've not tried linking it to a cell phone yet, nor have I tried to link it to a Bluetooth headset either. The speakerphone isn't a loud as the old one, and it doesn't pick up voices from as far away from the handset as the old phone did. Intercom part works well, and that's a handy feature to have should one of the hand sets gets misplaced (assuming the battery hasn't died).

Always prefer Panasonic cordless phones. Especially like this one due to the blue tooth link. Linked to my cell phone and transferred all my contacts to phone book in minutes. Works very well and sound is clear.

I have only had this phone for about 1 month. My last cordless phone set was Panasonic, and I had it for at least 8 to 10 years. This one has many more bells and whistles than my previous phone set. The caller ID tells you who is calling and that can be turned off or volume down. Haven’t tried it yet but it has a feature to connect my cell phone to it. The important thing is that it has good sound quality and works with my phone company’s answering service (even though they phone has it’s own answering system). The buttons light up but not as bright as I would like to light up. Haven’t had a chance to check to see if the brightness can be adjusted. All-in-all I am pleased with the product thus far.

The product is very clear . I enjoy how it tells me who’s calling. The displays are clear to read, easy to delete unwanted numbers and I like that it allows you to keep numbers you want.

Love the voice feature and call block. East to use and set up.

I bought these phones to replace an aged AT&T model. The new phones are great! They have good range and sound. The best feature is the replaceable rechargeable batteries.

This was an impulse buy while shopping at Best Buy. I've had Panasonic brand telephones previously with no issue so I trust the brand. . This phone package included the extra handsets I needed and the price was good, so I bought it. So far everything is working great.

This set of phones replaces the same brand we have had for a number of years . reliable, easy to use, user-friendly programming. I hope this set lasts for as long as the old set did

We especially like the caller-ID and call block features on this system. So far, the battery has demonstrated a good talk time. Also, it takes up little counter space compared to the phones we replaced.

I bought this set primarily because it can be used with a bluetooth headset. So far it is working well with a couple of caveats: if using with a headset, you have to go to the base station to hang up your call, or turn the headset off to hang up. The system also has a feature that reads caller ID out loud, which I find worth-while, but is quite loud and no way to adjust volume that I've found.

These are great phones! They have every feature I need/want. I especially like the caller ID announce. I've only had the phones for a few weeks, but so far I really love them.

Earphone and speaker have great quality. I love the one touch BLOCK feature and that it holds so many blocked numbers. Options are too many too list, but quite valuable. Also allows blue tooth connection to multiple cell phones which is really cool.

We purchased this phone to replace an old one we had for over 15 years. Panasonic has proven to be a quality product and has been very dependable for us. The handsets are much smaller than the old ones but are still comfortable. The old ones did have a flashing light indicating a missed call or a message, and this one does not. We liked that feature and miss not having it. The sound is better than the old one and the keypad is easier to use.

This phone works great. I have large hand so it is a bit narrow for me. My wife loves it. very easy to setup. sound is very good. We are very please with this phone.

i needed to replace cordless phones for my 94 year old mother, and needed something that was simple to use as well as a simple answering device. The KX-TGD563A fit the bill; it gave her a number of extensions for different rooms, an easy to use answering machine and the handsets allow clear communication between her and the caller.

Perfect replacement, had a set of these but after 10 years of use, I wanted to refresh my phone system

Easy to set up, many features I still have to set up but like it. It also is a great price! I like how when the phone rings it will tell you who's calling.

I have been looking for a long time for a phone solution that would allow me to connect my cell phones to a "house phone" so I can ditch the landline. It does that so well. As soon as I walk into the house, they automatically pick up my cell phones and serve as a house-wide extension of my cell phones. It is cool that we can add two cell phones to them. The call quality when taking a cell phone call through them isn't the greatest but is definitely good enough.

Good basic phone easy to setup no hassle with tech knowledge.
