Seldom get a call on home phone but this makes sure that callers can leave a message. Being able to sync with careless phone is very useful.

Otherwise, absolutely love the built in Call Block, good weight/balance and easy to read design

Why can’t we speak to a person?

We had to waste an hour of our time on a chat to get the code to remove the female’s re-recorded message. Why can’t we speak to a real person?!!! The issue could have been solved in 5 minutes.

cordless phone for people who still have land line

The base station seems to slide away when I try to press the buttons to review the messages. It does let you listen to the messages from any handset, but you still have to use the base station to delete them.

Many features and options that we'll never use but as a basic phone set it is ok. A good value IF you don't need clear easy to understand Caller ID.

Basic landline phone

It supports wireless bluetooth headphones but they must be near the base and that is not always going to be in the area of use so I wish they had headphone jacks.
