Sound is garbled and almost impossible to understand the caller. We had previous units from Panasonic, but this upgrade was anything but! I wish I would have returned them.

In such situations, we encourage you to adjust the line mode from B to A using MENU, then the key "#" and enter code 122 on a handset. Additionally, you can use the Intercom feature to make a call between handsets. If the sound quality is clear during an Intercom call, the distortion may stem from the phone line rather than the device. We also advise you to perform a base reboot by disconnecting the power and phone line for about a minute before reconnecting. Ensure the phone line is securely plugged in, and check for any damage to the cable. If problems persist and the Intercom is properly working, we encourage you to check with your service provider to rule out any line issues. We paid new price for it, but it was a return and even still had the previous person's phone history. They must have finally got tired of the error code.

poor sound quality

It feels much lighter and cheaper, and the sound quality is very poor. I already threw my old set away, or I would go back to it and return this one.

Cell-to-phone feature not reliable.

As connect to cell phones, they really suck. They are unable to remain connected to the house cell phone - used solely as a home phone and never moved. The base has been located next to the cell phone and 7 feet away without making a difference. I'm replacing them with a different brand today, as these phones are useless to me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.since I haven't yet been able to make the phone do what it is supposed to, specifically program in time, and after calling your phone number 3 times after being on hold for 20 or more minutes each time, then when someone finally answered, they were supposed to put me on hold, but instead, hung up on me. After the 4th time calling, I finally got someone with some intelligence and she helped me through my issue.
