I love these phones. Great purchase. I haven't used all the features yet, but I highly recommend.

I've only owned this phone set one week. However it has performed flawlessly with very good battery life, call volume, & clarity. It is feature rich as specified and additionally has Eco mode to further preserve battery. This was once an option on Panasonics that you turned on or off but apparently it is on by default when possible. My only complaint is the appearance of this phone system. It is not horrible but I would much prefer solid white or ideally solid black and could only find those in 3-phone sets. Also what appears and is called "rose gold" in reality is simply gold. There is no rose or pinkish hue to it at all.

Excellent land lines. We have to have them for 911 out here.

My father-in-law is using this item. Who is 94, and is having no problems in using it

My wife could not hear voices well with our old phones. With these new phones she hears everything clearly. Also, the speaker feature works fine for her.

As advertised and easy to set up and operate would buy again

We purchased this phone set to replaced our aged phone set. The new phones have rechargable batteries that need to be recharged on a weekly basis. The answering system didn't automatically sync so phone messages are unable to be recorded. Also there is no mute availability on the phone.

I love this phone! I can now block any unwanted calls with just a touch of a few buttons! It's heaven, not having to have the phone ringing all hours of the day and night!

great Value for FOUR phones and the nice thing for us is that we have experience these Panasonic landlines and while we have cell phones, we still LOVE to have these phones"announcing who is calling from our friends and family" and thus, new phone numbers aren't necessarily ones we pick up all the time until we hear their message they leave.

Easy to install and works as you would expect. Speaker could be a little louder.

I’m a senior so used to having a landline. My old Panasonic was cutting out on the receiving end. I looked and this Panasonic set had the desired 4 extensions. Having had such great luck with the previous Panasonic, I was happy to make this purchase. Easy set up. Very similar to previous model in function. It fixed the problem I was having.

I gave this phone set 3 stars as it can't keep correct time. It's such a small issue, I didn't bother to return the set--I really don't use my home phone for checking the time, anyway. However, just because my opinion is that it is a "small" issue, that doesn't negate the fact that there is a problem with their phones or the software that runs them. The user sets the time (meaning me), not the whatever phone service your use (AT&T, Comcast, etc.). If If you really need your phone to keep an accurate time, buy something else. This one loses at least 5 minutes a day, and someone would have to constantly reset the time on the phone if it is critical to their use of the phone system. At first, I thought maybe it was a power outage issue, but, that is not the issue. It's been over a month now, and the phone is still losing time. All of the other features (at least those that I use) seem to work just fine, like my older Panasonic phone system did. Maybe it's just a one-off and only my phone system has issues. But, I think it is important to warn others of any potential problems before they buy. Plus, a person may not really pay that much attention and they may discover that their phone has faulty "timing" after the return window closes, and that would not be good at all.

This Panasonic DECT 6.0 technology phone system with additional handsets serves a practical purpose. You get three expandable phones to be used in other rooms in the house, The phones are lightweight and are easy to handle. There is also a built-in answering machine on the base unit. There are also some cool features on the phones, such as Call Block, Caller ID with audio announcement, room monitor and Bluetooth connection (to link to your cell phone). I’ve noticed there was some interference with the unit. If the base unit is either too far away from the other handsets or surrounded by other appliances, there was an issue, The connection was poor with static and the call was actually dropped a couple of times. However, this could be due to moisture in the line or the modem connection, not the phone itself. There is a speakerphone built-in the phones, making it easier to speak hands free when needed. Overall, this Panasonic phone system is good quality and is recommended.

My elderly father who lives alone had phones that were old and unreliable. I finally got him to realize he needed an upgrade. This set of Panasonic phones was the easy answer, and my father wonders why he didn't agree to this upgrade much sooner. Thank you Best Buy and Panasonic.

System is very easy set up. Lots of options including call block, intercom, baby monitor and cell phone linking to name a few.

Very lightweight, yet sturdy. Replaced a prior Panasonic set up.

We purchased this new phone system to replace older Panosonic land line phones. They were easy to set up and do the job. I would highly recommend this Land-Line Phone System.

The Panasonic phones are ok. The only problem we have with them is the time and date function. Once you set it, it goes away shortly after. So you never know what time or day someone called you. We have followed the instructions in the book, but still can’t get the feature to wirk properly.

Bought these as a gift. They work very well- my 90+ year old dad likes them! The call screening stops those robocalls cold. They’ve been in use for over a year with no issues. I’m going to buy a set for my home to replace my 20-year old set of Panasonic phones.

I am very happy with this purchase. Was easy to program and has good sound quality. Only wish the volumn was a little louder
