In order to display missed caller ID & number requires use of 2 screens. You must arrow across. Considered returning phones but thought I'd give it a chance. Should have returned it and gone elsewhere for a better phone system.

OK, but not as good as previous models

But getting the read-out on the screen to change is impossible. Contact with Panasonic technical support was terrible. Have used four other panasonic phone sets before this one, and they were easy to set up and use. This one lacks those qualities.
