Decent home phone but low battery life

My old phones lasted all day so this can be very inconvenient its kind of ridiculous that you have to buy new batterys for new phones right away when there that much money.

Kindly be informed that the range from the base to the handsets is not exact, as it mainly depends on the environment in which you are using the product.
