If only one of your handsets lose the charge please switch the batteries with one from another handset. Before the first time use, charge the handsets for 7 hours so the batteries will be fully charged. If the handsets are not in use, make sure to place them on the charger to extend the usage time. Tech challenging even with reading the instruction

The volume on the handsets is not reliable. I bought the new phones for the security of screening and blocking and have not completed the install of these downloads.

Does not keep the charge!
