'Cordless'

The battery life is longer. The phones seem to be a little sturdier. They also seem to better options in the menu to allow better personal use. They are solid and we are very pleased with our purchase, and yes, we would recommend them!!

NOT FOR OLDER PEOPLE

I'm not a picture person and the small book of directions uses too many pictures. We are 80 + 84 yrs old. I do not recommend for older people.

Perfect addition to my new apartment

My landline was old and I wanted to start with a new one I could depend on. This phone turned out to be perfect and was easy to set up. It does not take up much space and I am very satisfied with it and the two extensions. I did get assistance from an employee because I had some questions but that nailed my decision.

However, I have had MANY Panasonic phones and all of the others lasted for much longer (Batteries that is).

The sound quality from the earpiece is okay. If you like audible alerts, it works well and it's good to let you know when the batteries are low. I have found, if they are left off the bases for a considerable amount of time, the batteries don't last long.

If you are NOT technically savvy I would pass on this item.

I now have phones in convenient locations in the house and am learning how to use all the features. I'm glad I could find another Panasonic product because it makes this transition a little bit easier. Too bad my new phones couldn't sync with my old ones to move all my contacts in a snap. I don't anticipate any problems with these Panasonic phones because they make quality products and they're worth the investment.
