This is my second set in the last fifteen years and they are pretty durable and lightweight and easy to use with good battery life .

Volume and clarity need improvement.

The set up was relatively easy. However, the volume of the phones when on a call plus the clarity of peoples voices was only fair at best. It was also difficult to listen to some messages people left due to lack of volume and clarity.
