exactly what we needed. quality product. easy to use

Basically they're good phones. Loads of features, far more then we need. The reason for only four stars: It's kind of tedious to go thru the menu to get to basic options (like speed dial numbers). The voice caller ID completely butchers the names. We leave it on for the amusement factor (kinda bored right now).

Replaced 14 year same product and an a updated version. Base a lot smaller and neater than original, handhelds a bit smaller, great features and so far works great with no issues.

The phone set has a lot of interesting features, but some I really don’t need or would use. I have had Panasonic phones in the past and they were very good phones. The sound quality is fair to poor and the volume could be better. Received a cell phone message that was difficult to hear, but if the unit little more volume it would have been great. The backup power system is a great idea, but most people nowadays have their phone connected to their modem and if it doesn’t have a battery backup then the phones won’t work. Use of the voicemail system is okay and I might need to read the manual a little closer, but it provides the date of the message at the end of the message so you have to listen to the entire message to know when it was sent. I would not recommend this phone to a friend.

Great Phone. fast service. Easy set up. Good price

Phone system does what I expected and replaces an old system by the same brand. We are happy with the new system and it was priced reasonably.

Home phone switched from Verizon landline to Xfinity voice, so couldn’t use old hardwired phones anymore. The new Panasonic base is plugged into the cable/voice router and has great regular and speakerphone function. Plus range for handsets is excellent throughout our home which is 60 yr old plaster and lathe walls, so not always easy to get signals throughout our house.

We have had 3 sets of these over the years - we use them now for a land line VOIP and as intercom to talk upstairs -Panasonic has been the best

Everything is Great. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the batteries. They didn't hold a charge like the original Panasonic batteries. I'm going get some Duracell batteries.

I really appreciate having that many phones. 5 - out in my garage ... down in basement basement, in my bedroom, in my study, in my kitchen. Wow! Very good sound volume, too.
