Good phone system for the price. Needs to have a way to erase individual messages instead of all messages.

Phone works fine. The spoken caller id with a little better than the Panasonic phones we got almost a decade ago but is still often hard to understand. Not only is the caller id info often gibberish or acronyms — not the phones fault — but the pronuncable words are often mispronounced. . However the voice quality and dialing casket list functionality are fine.

This phone has a ton of features for the $$ spent. I love the caller ID function that tells you who is calling.

Came in super fast with shipping, they are working great so far. They were so easy to set up.

I love my new telephones. I love it because it has an answering machine, and if i am not at home . the caller can leave me a message and i will return their call Its great! my old phone did not have this service on it.

Bought these to replace my current phone which didn't seem to hold a charge anymore. So far so good.

Bought these to replace previous similar set. These do a lot if you want to take the time to set it all up, spam blocking etc. The only thing that the old ones did that was better is the button you need to press to answer doesn’t light up in the dark. The keypad does light up.

replaced an older version of this system. works great and love the new features - especially the call blocking feature!

Love that I can block calls from unwanted folks looking for donations and solicitors selling things i don't want!

Love having 3 units with the answering machine. Am still reading through the manual but seems easy to use.

This Panasonic phone is great. Seems very good quality. I may buy one more for my inlaws.

I've been happy with the Panasonic purchase. The set-up is easy for the digital answering machine portion. The displays are clear and the voice announcing who is calling is clear, as well. The handsets are not bulky and easy to handle with easy volume controls on the side you can toggle with your thumb while talking. The system is expandable, too, so if you need more than the three provided in the box you can purchase more. I would buy again!

I'm having a hard time creating a "phonebook". How can I anticipate what company I might do business with and enter their number? Or a friend I haven't been in touch with lately? I think the caller is asked to enter one and the call will come through. Caller ID seems to decide which calls to block and if I haven't entered their number the call is not completed. Am I missing something here?

Have been using it for my business use haven’t had any issues for using it for over a year and a half now. Highly recommend it
