We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recommend checking if the voice messages have been recorded by the answering machine of the system instead. You can check that by pressing PLAY button on the main unit. Please also check if you have a voicemail feature from your provider as well which could have recorded the messages instead. Mounting the base unit in the kitchen on the wall was a requirement and we are happy with the mount provided. This phone is being used by someone nontechnical and she has been very happy so far.

Will if needed in time Panasonic batteries to replace. Very pleased so far. Make sure you check the base phone jack prior to set up as needed a replacement which Carrier Verizon did to clear up voice message clarity to hear.

Old School, New Version

Cordless phone with headset optional jack

The option to use a headset allows me to complete different tasks with having to hold the headset with my hand, for pinching it between shoulder and ear. Large touch-tone, illuminated buttons are a nice touch also. For the price, this is an excellent product.
