Worked great. Menus were reasonably straight forward. The new one has 3 times more features, but everything is buried in multi step access. My wife, who hates technology, gets frustrated trying to do simple things. It does work great. The review forces one to recommend/not recommend. I would not hesitate to recommend it to those who are technically savvy.

This one has larger keys, the voice quality is better, and the main base in more compact. Plus it has call blocking! Love this phone.
