You can clearly hear who is calling. The call announcement is also clear and the voice is pleasant. It has a light that blinks when the phone is ringing and a small area that kets you know how many calls you missed.

Great phone

I bought it becasue the previous model I had for years and it finally died. I liked the previous ones so much I decided to go with this newer model. I was pleased to see its just as good and possibly better. This model speaks to you which is strange at first but after a week of use, I finally like it.

Will if needed in time Panasonic batteries to replace. Very pleased so far. Make sure you check the base phone jack prior to set up as needed a replacement which Carrier Verizon did to clear up voice message clarity to hear.

Disappointed

Not so, the price was good, the phones work well and there are a few added functions , but there are also some missing functions.
