I had it less than one year & the guarantee was so strict that I didn't bother getting a refund. No more Brand X. These units were more powerful & you could hear with them much louder & clearer. I will buy Panasonic from now on...

The features have been updated from the last one and it is easy to use. Now I have to start blocking all of the old numbers again

The larger numbers are helpful. The volume settings are too low: I have to put the phone on speaker to hear clearly, and I have excellent hearing. The setup instructions for some features are difficult to follow: call blocking, for example.

Good System With Many Features

It died an early death from a power spike that got through a very old UPS that should have been replaced a long time ago. I had replaced it with a Panasonic model that turned out to be an unsatisfactory system, lacking many of the features the AT&T system had. I returned the Panasonic and purchased another AT&T system after one week of using the Panasonic.
