Posted .We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are facing with your Telephone KX-TGE633M. Since this is a telephone system that was originally released for sales in 2018, its possible the telephone batteries have exceeded its life and they would need to be replaced with new batteries. Batteries are available for purchased through our parts distributor to be shipped. If you have any other issues or concerns, Our representatives are readily available to chat with you and troubleshoot the unit should you wish to pursue.

Great Cordless Phone Set

Unhappy about phone

The sound was too soft even after turning up the volume as high as possible. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Had to return to store. Also felt the phone case quality was cheaply made not as good as our prior Panasonic phone.

Gods priced phones that work well

Replacement for old set
