Good quality in construction and function. I like being able to plug headset into the handset and you can then walk around with it clipped to your belt. Otherwise you could use the speaker phone, Good value.

I have the phones connected but the screen says voicemail msg via phone co. I do not have voicemail, I have the answer machine. Also, I have one phone which is not part of this package and when I get a call that phone rings first and then the Panasonic phones ring but do not always connect with the caller. I have reviewed the instruction book to no avail. Please help me.

Unboxed it noticed the nice large numbers. Charged up well. Works good. The internal voice announcing who is calling is very garbled

This is a very good phone system that has substantial capabilities and applications. This is my second Panasonic telephone set and I am as pleased with this new system as I was with my last Panasonic telephone system.

The unit was outdated when we bought it. Returned it as soon as we found out about it. They stopped supporting it 4 years before we bought it. At least we got our full price back when we returned it.

We’ve had these phones for a while and they are starting to have issues. Purchased them two years ago. Now sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn’t.

We had to replace a similar product that had gotten old & wasn’t functioning well. Not many option out there for multi-phone sets and we found this was a good value for the price.

love them. the 4 handsets save a lot of steps.really handy when you get left hanging for 2 hours on business calls. you don't have to worry about your phne going dead

The phones don't keep a charge for very long maybe a day or two

The phone hits all of our basic points. Five units to cover computer room, bed room, kitchen, basement, and TV room. great clarity. Works good with hearing aids.

Extremely restrictive range, Inside your home it often has no connection to the base.

Had to return it was diffucult to set up and then use the phone. The directions made no sense.

Clear volumn is most important feature of these advanced features home phones. Large screen to see numbers dialed helps older eyes see who is being called. Call announcements are exceptional

I am having a lot of difficulties with the voicemail. I put my own message on and people tell me there is no way to leave messages. I checked it by calling with my cellphone. No message. I then followed directions to use the prerecorded greeting. The phone says it’s working, but when I call it there is no message. I am following their directions, but it’s not working. Help! What should I do?

One of the handsets did not work properly. However the only way to get a new handset was to return the entire product. We had spent several days inputting the phone book information and did not want to repeat this. We are therefore only using 4 of the available 5 handsets. There should be a way to replace just the one defective unit.

I really don’t like the performance of these phones. Half of the time I don’t even hear the phone ringing. I missed some of my calls. I am just not satisfied with the performance.

Time doesn't keep. Every time you use the phone the time loses 10 minutes when you hang it up! After trying days and days to get it right, I had Geek Squad help. Had to wait days for them. Tried unplugging all handsets.... Nothing works and now it's a day too late to return to store!!

Third Panasonic phone set I have had in 20 years, nothing wrong with the old one it was just we bought a new house and needed phone in both the new and the old. Very reliable.

Very difficult to program this phone. Instructions are not clear and I wouldn't recommend.

The volume is low. Poor quality I would not recommend this phone a waste of mony
