User friendly . The volume and hearing are crystal clear. Great product for the price.

The phones work well and are easy to program and if you prefer to use your telephone company's voice mail, it allows you to do so and will alert you of messages. The sound quality from the earpiece is okay. If you like audible alerts, it works well and it's good to let you know when the batteries are low. I have found, if they are left off the bases for a considerable amount of time, the batteries don't last long.

I recently moved and decided that I wanted to continue to have a landline, in spite of the fact that I use my cell phone 99% of the time. My landline was old and I wanted to start with a new one I could depend on. This phone turned out to be perfect and was easy to set up. It does not take up much space and I am very satisfied with it and the two extensions. I did get assistance from an employee because I had some questions but that nailed my decision.

I finally replaced my old phones and am happy with my new Panasonic system. I now have phones in convenient locations in the house and am learning how to use all the features. I'm glad I could find another Panasonic product because it makes this transition a little bit easier. Too bad my new phones couldn't sync with my old ones to move all my contacts in a snap. I don't anticipate any problems with these Panasonic phones because they make quality products and they're worth the investment.

I needed to update answer machine and cordless phones. This is a great purchase and the phone quality is great. Really easy to set up.

Our last Panasonic phone system lasted a very long time so when it was time to replace I wanted to stick to the same brand. This one functions quite differently than the previous. I'm not sure if I like it or not. I do know that the digital clock refuses to stay on time and always is 10 minutes slow. I've adjusted numerous times. I do like the option to 'call block' and I need to figure out how to set it so when I make a call my caller ID is displayed, I've been told it doesn't now.

I replaced my eleven year old panasonic phone that was exactly like this, since it was starting to fail. So far I am happy with this phone. The only thing I missed was, I thought it had "connect to cell" but it does not. I should have bought the one that is one step up. Not sure if I will be able to buy another land-line phone in 11 years, but if so, I will make sure it has the "connect to cell" feature.

BUT... it doesn't keep a charge for more than a day, and that is without answering one or 2 brief calls. Frustrating. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

Good sound quality and good range. It works very well. one is installed in the living room. One is installed in kitchen. One is installed in my home office. Perfect.

Great cordless phone set, hard to find but Best Buy had them in stock at our local store.

This is my 4th purchase of landline phones, two from AT&T n two from Panasonic, have found that Panasonic works best and has less static when speaking on the phone.

I really like the phones. They were easy to set up and have been very simple to use. I wish the speakerphone was louder. Other than that, I have no complaints.
