The instructions were not easy to understand. Even at the highest setting the incoming voice is not loud enough. The messages from a missed call are not so easy to understand or loud enough. I am not happy with this purchase.

Good But Not great

Everything else is good for this phone system.

Please note that the range of the handsets is approximately 33 feet from the base unit. The range will also be influenced by the environment in which the phone system is placed, and if there are any electronics around that would weaken the signal (such as microwave ovens, Wi-Fi routers, radios). -C

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We recommend checking if the voice messages have been recorded by the answering machine of the system instead. You can check that by pressing PLAY button on the main unit. Please also check if you have a voicemail feature from your provider as well which could have recorded the messages instead. Love the block caller option

So tired of the computer generated ROBO calls and the scam “remember me, I fixed your computer “ calls. So sad people have to go through this. Now I just hit block and I’m done until the next one. Of course they will call back using a different number.
