This phone system was very easy to set up and to use. I really love the voice caller ID. It really helps when you busy. I also love the feature where you can block certain calls, like all those annoying sales and fraud calls! I am SO pleased with this purchase.

Overall these phones work just fine, being mindful of just a couple of things. 1) the # of rings prior to automatic p/u going to Vm and 2) the overall volume if phones are for the elderly or someonme with hearing issues.

Easily programmable to suit our family. Quality is excellent and very simple to use.

My wife and I were so pleased with an earlier purchase of a phone set that can block 250 unwanted callers (we get a lot of spam and scam calls) that when we eventually blocked the maximum number of callers, we decided to get this set which will allow us to block 1000 unwanted callers. And the phone itself is simple to use, has great clarity, and works perfectly.

Easy to setup and works extremely well. Very happy with our purchase.

I wish I could give a negative star review. Everything about these stinks! I don't even know where to start. I purchased them for my senior parents. They like have multiple phones to reach out to. After installing everything, they told me that the answering machine volume is so bad that they can't hear the message. I tried increasing the volume to max and it barely did anything. Useless!!! I then reached out to Panasonic customer service and received an email back from someone I'm pretty sure was located in a different country who asked me for my address, etc. And why is my personal information relevant for an inferior product? So mad! I tried returning to Best Buy, but they said "no" because it was outside of its return window. Absolutely no resolution to this problem. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted to swap out for another model with better volume.

So happy I can B LOCK those unwanted calls! Great quality phone.

We need a landline phone because we don't have good cell reception in our area. This phone works great and has wonderful features like call blocking and speed dialing. In this world of cell phones I was so happy to be able to still get a phone like this for a good price.

Basically they're good phones. Loads of features, far more then we need. The reason for only four stars: It's kind of tedious to go thru the menu to get to basic options (like speed dial numbers). The voice caller ID completely butchers the names. We leave it on for the amusement factor (kinda bored right now).

Great phone! We still like cordless phone along with our cell phones and this one is very easy to set up and operate. It's the best one we've had!

This was a replacement for an older Panasonic phone I had enjoyed for many years. Set up was easy. Call Block Button - every phone should have this! I went though the entire weekend with out a robo caller. Amazing. Another great feature is the Noise Reduction & EQ settings. This made the calls sound like the person was right there and zero outside noise. Wow. Now I wish I got these phones a long time ago.
