I hate the "message" service. It has never recorded a message. Only gives and annoying loud beep after a call, picked up by my BTES voicemail, has ended. Sound quality is poor.

We had the same brand of phones (Panasonic) before. However, we had this phones for a long time and the buttons were sticking. I assume the age and use of the phones were responsible for that issue. We are very pleased with the new phones.

Panasonic cordless phones

The only problem I seem to have is trying to retrieve my voice mail messages. It says I need to get a code from my phone provider. I had never heard of this before.
