Like all the special features this set provides (besides basic vox service) Flashlight, Baby Monitor, Answering service, Speed-dial, Call-blocking, etc. We'll figure it all out someday...maybe. If you are NOT technically savvy I would pass on this item.

I prefer talking on a landline phone vs a cellphone (which I also own) because I can hear better with them and can hold the phone more comfortably for longer conversations. Additionally I can give this number instead of my cell number to retailers and some others to avoid nuisance cellphone calls and texts. It is cost effective because my cable provider offers discounts with bundled services. This phone system was easy to set up and choose desired options, importantly the sound is clear and I really like how it announces the caller for easier screening. All 3 work well. It has a call block system that you can engage too. The only downside for me was the wall mount which set the base and phone too high (first time this ever happened) so I could not use it in my home and had to set the base on my counter with a wire up to the wall jack.

Easy to install an operate. Has all the features of a more expensive phone and it looks good. One of the best buys that we have made. The price was more than fair.

I bought this phone because it can block up to 1000 numbers. We get so many robo calls it's unbelievable. It also has excellent sound when talking to people. Great phone for a great price.

Excellent phone system. This unit replaced a Panasonic system we had for approximately 15 years!!

These phones are a great product for its price. It can expand. It does a lot features of the more expensive phones. I would recommend this product

Easy to use and very good quality. Nice to have 5 phones to have in different rooms.

Certain aspects are not easy to use since the instruction guide does not explain how to do something or how to fix something.

Love Panasonic cordless phones! Would not have any other brand.....have not had another brand in past 25 years. This one is updated with a VERY EASY call block button for all those spam calls all of us receive. I like having a handset in the kitchen, bedside and at my desk. (it's a nuisance needing a pocket for my cellphone at home).

User friendly . The volume and hearing are crystal clear. Great product for the price.

I replaced my eleven year old panasonic phone that was exactly like this, since it was starting to fail. So far I am happy with this phone. The only thing I missed was, I thought it had "connect to cell" but it does not. I should have bought the one that is one step up. Not sure if I will be able to buy another land-line phone in 11 years, but if so, I will make sure it has the "connect to cell" feature.

I finally replaced my old phones and am happy with my new Panasonic system. I now have phones in convenient locations in the house and am learning how to use all the features. I'm glad I could find another Panasonic product because it makes this transition a little bit easier. Too bad my new phones couldn't sync with my old ones to move all my contacts in a snap. I don't anticipate any problems with these Panasonic phones because they make quality products and they're worth the investment.

Our last Panasonic phone system lasted a very long time so when it was time to replace I wanted to stick to the same brand. This one functions quite differently than the previous. I'm not sure if I like it or not. I do know that the digital clock refuses to stay on time and always is 10 minutes slow. I've adjusted numerous times. I do like the option to 'call block' and I need to figure out how to set it so when I make a call my caller ID is displayed, I've been told it doesn't now.

BUT... it doesn't keep a charge for more than a day, and that is without answering one or 2 brief calls. Frustrating. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
