Poor Quality Control at Best Buy

Phones arrived all loose in an opened box w/o any packing. Instructions were missing. The box had been taped, opened, and then retaped after the phones had been tossed back into the box. The phones had either been used or returned for some unknown reason. The phones were not new. Best Buy's quality control should not be trusted. I was unable to obtain a refund without visiting a Best Buy store; because of my age I no longer drive. So I am stuck with a defective product with no hope of obtaining a refund. Beware.

Bad phone

I called a friend on her cell and the sound kept breaking in and out. I know it is this phone because I have called others on their cell phones and there is not a problem with reception. My friend, whom I called on her cell phone told me that she was not having any problems with any of her other callers. Over the last decade I have purchased Panasonic phones, and they all had problems. So I will never purchase them again. I am taking it back.

Not very intuitive operation. Perhaps there are too many features. OK for the price but our old UNIDEN worked much better.

Poor design for that button location
