Spent two days trying to get the third handset to work. Ensured the batteries worked by rotating through the other two working handsets. Ended up returning the set even though the features were nice.

Also, without the operating manual close by, you can't make any changes to the settings because everything requires a complex code entry procedure - non user friendly or intuitive.

If only one of your handsets lose the charge please switch the batteries with one from another handset. Before the first time use, charge the handsets for 7 hours so the batteries will be fully charged. If the handsets are not in use, make sure to place them on the charger to extend the usage time. A little hard to set up

The instructions are not the best. Had a similar AT&T phone combination which was much simpler and better instructions.
